About the Role:

We are hiring experienced MERN Stack Developers to join our team and take ownership of full-stack development tasks. This is a fully remote, full-time position ideal for someone with a passion for coding, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences. You will support the entire application lifecycle from concept through delivery and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Translate client requirements and functional specs into high-performing applications.
• Develop both front-end and back-end components using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Build reusable components and optimize for performance across devices and browsers.
• Write well-structured, efficient, and testable code following modern coding practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain code quality, document solutions, and follow internal coding standards.
• Provide guidance to junior developers and collaborate on technical problem-solving.
• Participate in client meetings and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and suggest best practices for ongoing enhancements.

Key Technology Skills:

MERN Stack, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Redux, MongoDB, MySQL, Firebase, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JEST, Mocha, GIT, Jenkins, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and scalable microservices
• Experience with RDBMS like MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, and Unit Testing frameworks (JEST, Mocha)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong Git and CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins preferred)
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Experience in documentation of technical/functional modules
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills
